Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday; it may be possible to arrange other dates out of season.

Short breaks are offered throughout the Low Season for 85% of the weekly rental.

Deposits

A deposit is required for each holiday booking, as follows:

Up to £150 Full rental £151 - £250 Deposit £100 £251 - £400 Deposit £150 £401 - £600 Deposit £200 £601 - upwards Deposit £250

Payment for the full cost of your holiday is due 6 weeks in advance. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday should be paid in full at the time of booking. Some properties request a damage deposit, details of which are available when you book and will be on your confirmation.
